一、种类
1.中式。
如果中英文简历一起递交,建议中文不写政治面貌,因为如果去外企工作,背景中的政治色彩越少越好,起码没必要让老外知道。
性格是一个主观的东西,有经验的招聘人员从来不相信任何人自己写的性格,因为它不是一个硬性的东西,不象学历、技能。有些人如果认为要招聘一个比较活跃一点的,便会在简历中写性格开朗,有的是真相信自己性格开朗,有的是觉得写上开朗更好,其实没必要。
身高体重,向外资求职时,就不必写了,学习英语的网站,因为属于特别隐私性的内容,写了显得不了解国外文化。
2.港式。
香港出版的简历书写技巧书籍中都要求写年龄、婚否,报纸的招聘广告中还要求求职者写上工资现状及预期工资,这些都属于隐私问题,美式简历则不要求提供这些信息。
3.英式。
很接近港式,但个人资料没有港式说得那么多,篇幅长但不详细,我们这里不做过多评论。
4.美式。
国际大公司中比较流行,一页纸,是我们重点参考的样式。美式简历书写格式也有十几种,有些书籍登载了上百种样本,英语,但我们所介绍的式样是美国大公司中比较流行的,如华尔街的投资银行、大的咨询公司、工业公司、制造业公司、营销业公司等都采用这种式样;同时,我们也参考了三个名牌学校——哈佛商学院、沃顿商学院和哥伦比亚商学院的简历样本,式样大同小异,这里主要以哈佛商学院的为主。
二、要领
1.招聘人员怎样鉴别简历?
写得好,当然要保留,如果其背景又是公司急需的,可能马上就要见;写得不好的,就会丢掉,实际上,连看都不看。任何一个知名的大公司,每天都有成百上千人递简历,如果写得太差,根本就不值得保留。因为这些公司认为,一个人连自己的'简历都写不好,将来进了公司,对外行文质量不够;对内说件事情也说不清楚,公司肯定不要这样的人。大家经常说大公司的人训练有素,实际上这也是其中一方面。即使不进大公司,简历写得不好,也会显得不懂基本格式,没有智慧。
2.YRIS.
Your resume is scanned, not read.("YRIS")。一方面简历要写得好,另一方面招聘人员看简历只是扫描式的,最初看也就是5秒钟左右,写得不好就扔了。这儿你就会问了:"写得好,短时间他看不出来怎么办?"不用担心,他们是可以看出来的,因为招聘人员每天干的就是这一行,如果您怀疑他看不出来,说明两点:第一,您对招聘人员的工作性质还不了解。假设您是司机,经常走北京那么多胡同,自然就记住了,而一般人就会觉得很难记。第二,说明您对行文格式、专业写作形象还不熟悉。我们见到,美国很多职位很高的大老板,在看他的下属写的东西时,,一点点小错,哪怕换了一种字体,漏了一个逗号,多了一个空格,都能及时指出来,说明他们的眼很尖,速度很快,您要是怀疑的话,说明您对这个领域还很不熟悉,那么您需要做的工作就很多了。即使您进了这种公司,也要在这方面下功夫,否则,很难成为他们当中合格的一员。另外,YRIS还说明写的内容千万不要多,而且要控制在一页内,因为没有人会认真看您的简历。关于这两点,我们在后面有时还会提到。
3.简历中的任何字句,都有可能成为面试中的话题。
一定要有把握的才写,没有把握的不要写,要实事求是,千万不要夸张。外资公司是最忌讳撒谎的,一旦让他觉得你在撒谎,你就丧失了进入这个公司的资格。比如说,你在简历中写了你会讲日语,凡是派到国外来的老外,有的人不一定会说中文,但会一两门外语的人大有人在,不定撞到什么人手上。

I was born in a small village of He Nan Province on Jan 16th, 1968. When I was young, my family was very poor, so I had to work to earn money to help my parents after class when I was in the middle school.
In 1986 I was admitted by University of International Business and Economics (or: UIBE) to pursue a bachelor degree in Economics. My major is accounting in Department of International Business Management. The undergraduate education gave me a wide range of vision and taught me how to cooperate with others. MY PERSONAL ACCOMPLISHMENT:
After graduating from UIBE, I was employed as the assistant to the funding manager by China National Technical Import and Export Corporation. After reading a lot of related files, and analyzing the overall funding situation of the corporation, I found that the loan policy was not been put into effect. So we have thousands of millions RMB loan with very high interest rate while a large amount of cash in bank with very low interest rate was idle. I reported this to my supervisor, and then we studied and revised the loan policy. This revision saved the corporation approximately RMB thirty millions yuan. In order to raise the funding effectiveness, after one years hard work, I developed the internal banking system within the corporation based on the actual funding supply and need of the different divisions and projects. This internal banking system made full use of the corporation funding resources, and due to this, I was highly praised by the president of the corporation.

在一般的 英文简历 制作中,都充斥着内容过时、毫无意义的遣词造句,占据着A4纸的宝贵空间。删掉它们,就能展现出一个更好、更实际的 求职 者(Applicant),你的简历也不会淹没在令人麻木的雷同简历中。
简历上的每个词都应该尽力和技能。如果它们做不到这一点,就不应该出现。因此,为了自己的前途,拿起红笔,删掉这些无用的 英文简历 词语吧。
职业目标(career objective)
很多人最初的简历上也有这样类似的条目,而且放在简历的顶部中央:“职业目标:获得能够利用好自己的技能和经验且能提供有助于成长的挑战性环境(challenging environments)的某某职位”。
真让人昏昏欲睡。这不仅乏味,而且没用;此外还给人一种幼稚的感觉。简历的顶部是黄金地段,你需要通过列出自己的最高成就(crowning achievement)来吸引 招聘 者(recruiters)的注意而不是概括自己想从下一份工作中得到什么。
熟练
只做过某事一次或在过去十年每天都做,这两种情况下,你都可以说自己在这方面很“熟练”。放弃这一含糊不清的词吧,用点更具体的描述。
举个例子,如果你是客户报告专家,“熟练制定客户报告”这样的语句既模糊又冗余。但是,如果换成“每周制作五份定制报告,对客户的销售活动进行分析”――再附上一些实际成果(actual achievements),这样就让阅读 简历范文 的人更了解你的经验到底如何,
具有团队精神(team spirit)
字面上单纯的说明自己人好又有趣是不行的,你需要制作出漂亮有趣的个人资料在英文简历中展示这一点。在制作简历上,道理也一样:列出能够表现你优良素质的活动或成就,这比单纯地声称自己拥有这些优点更有效。
不要用“具有团队精神”,相反,说自己“领导了一个10人的团队,为分发报告开发了一个新系统,使得管理人员接收报告的时间节省了25%”。用一个具体的例子,就能展示出自己真正的成就。如果只是简单地给自己贴上某种品质的标签,是没有多大用处的。
有活力
虽然简历是为了突出自己的最佳特质,但是一些人格特质还是留给 招聘 者自行判断比较好。恰如其分地描述自己的工作技能,与自吹自擂之间,存在很大区别。另外,即使是最内向的人(introvert)也会在简历上说自己“有活力”,因为能吹干嘛不吹呢?写简历的时候,让内容可以量化(quantify),显示有形的成果和成功经验,在 面试 的时候再去展 示你的“活力”、“热情”或“精力”。
如需要,可提供推荐人(referral)
这句话唯一作用就是占用简历的宝贵空间。如果一家企业想聘用你,他们会自己向你要推荐人,而且他们会假设你有推荐人。没必要在简历上写下这种很明显的东西,这样做甚至可能会让对方觉得你很狂妄!利用简历的空间,用更多的细节来展示自己的才华和成就。
