报到及住宿地点：南宁市七星路广西宣传干部培训中心。

会场：区党委办公楼三楼会议室。

五、有关事项

(一)请参加会议人员准备约15分钟的发言。请将发言材料打印50份，在报到时交会务组 (打印要求：16开幅面，在左上角用四号楷体注明“全区宣传部长座谈会发言材料”)。

(二)请各市委宣传部长、柳铁党委宣传部长安排好会议期间的各项工作，准时出席会议。在外出差、学习的，加无特殊情况，务请回邕参加会议。

(三)请各市委宣传部、柳铁党委宣传部于9月5日下午下班前将参加会议人员名单报到自治区党委宣传部办公室。
