我说课的内容是外研版新标准英语八年级下册Module 5 Cartoons Unit 1 It’s time to watch a cartoon，由于学生对这一话题极感兴趣，我在教学中准备使用多种教学手段设置情景，有效地把单词和句型情景相结合，注重听说训练，使语言点的训练密切联系生活实际，达到灵活运用，学以致用的目的。

2.说教学目标：

1.知识目标：能理解、内化、运用以下生词：cartoon，handsome，smart，fight，cool，hero，

can’t help doing sth, laugh；能够运用所学句子谈论并掌握表达自己最喜欢的卡通故事及人物

2.能力目标：能用本课所学语言讨论有关卡通故事和人物的信息。

3.情感目标：能够就卡通故事或卡通人物进行交流尊重他人的态度，倾听他人的不同意见；

通过卡通故事了解不同国家的文化。

3.说教学重难点：

二、学情分析

学生已经学过用多种时态来表达行为或状态， 而本模块重点复习一般现在时、一般过去时和现在完成时。学生初中阶段首次接触现在完成时，学生学起来可能比较吃力，容易把现在完成时与一般过去时混淆，这就要求教师在设计话题和练习时要降低难度并循序渐进。但就本模块cartoon这个话题来说，学生很感兴趣， 觉得它很贴近自己的生活。教师要预设一些生活化和学生感兴趣的话题， 调动学生参与活动的积极性， 使得学生有话可说， 乐于合作分享。这样就有利于他们更好的运用课本知识，达到提高综合运用语言能力的目的。

三、教法分析

针对教材特点和学情分析，具体应用创设情景教学法，让学生在学习中采用自主合作探究学习的模式，一方面提高学习兴趣，另一方面充分发挥学习主动性，加强合作。另外采用多媒体呈现PPT等教学手段，让学生在仿真的英语情境中，实现多维教学目标。 本节课是一节听说课，听说课要以听说为主，兼顾读写。我主要采用“听前说——听中说——听读说——学以致用”的听说课教学模式。具体做法是：

1、听前说：以cartoon为话题，以free talk 的形式导出本课句型，进行操练。

2、听中说：听力素材是围绕本单元的话题，展开对本单元句型的听说训练的。包含边听边说以及听后总说连个环节。

3、听读说：这是对本课对话素材的处理，也是对本课知识点的综合运用。听即获取对话素材的基本信息。读即处理对话素材中的基本句型以及重难点。说即整体把握对话，小组形式展示学习效果。

4、学以致用：以本节课的话题为依托，选择贴近学生生活的话题，以小组形式运用本节

课的句型自编对话或讲故事。

本教学模式遵循英语学习的科学规律，注重语言输入与语言输出相结合，全面提高语言技能，激发学生的内在动机。

四、说教学过程

【教学过程】我设计为八个环节。并在每一环节前附上环节学习目标，活动内容与用时，这样不仅让学习目标更具体化，更能提高课堂效率。

2.创设情境，导入新课（2分钟）

听力活动的设计必须符合学生的认知水平。听力活动太容易，就失去了挑战性和听力训练的价值，不能帮助学生提高听力水平；相反，如果听力活动太难，容易让学生产生畏难情绪，失去信心。由于该听力材料篇幅较长，语速较快，人物、事件复杂，此环节设计在于通过多层听，设置任务的方式训练听说技能，培养学生从听力材料中提取关键信息并能转述内容的的能力。以上三个层次的听力活动呈阶梯式递进，形成了有效的听力任务链。 b.语言知识归纳：(7分钟)

1、少数学生学习目的性不够明确，学习的自主性较差，缺乏自觉性。

2、部分学生的学习习惯和方法较落后，效率较低。如不抓紧时间，发现问题不向老师提问等等。

3、少数学生还没有摆正学习的位子，贪玩而浪费时间造成上课状态不好。

4、现在班级还存在一些不好的现象，如：有的同学上课说话，做小动作，有的同学喜欢攻击别人，和同学关系相处不好，有的同学对班集体漠不关心，有的同学不愿意承担责任等等。这就需要家长和老师及时联系，及时帮助学生改掉这些缺点。

本学期我逐渐发现孩子在学习、思想方面都有不小的变化。

1.随着年级的增高，孩子们的知识学习广泛了，内容增加了，难度加大了，作业量相对多了，学习方法改变了。所以出现了一部分同学求知欲增强，对知识十分渴求，总有一股生怕落后的不服输思想，学习很自觉；而有一部分同学则出现惰性，怕辛苦，或因为知识掌握的不牢而自信心丧失，学习应付、主动性不强，成绩没有多大的起色。尤其是家庭作业，往往乱做一气，不会的也不加思考就空着，然后等着老师上课时订正，再把正确答案填写出来，这些都看出我们的孩子太懒了，能少些一个字绝不多些。还有的孩子写作业时偷懒只写一半，比如词语解释，只抄一半的解释，弄个一知半解。

2.生理、心理方面：本年龄段的孩子，生理逐渐发生变化，很大一部分进入青春期，身体发生了变化，而且很多事他们都处于好奇阶段，似懂非懂，开始有独立性，自尊心逐渐增强。听不得半点不同意见与批评，情绪很容易激动。

3.思想意识：思想从单纯走向复杂，开始有自己意向，不再什么话都与父母说了，有了自己的世界和秘密，把心事都写在日记里，还仔细地锁起来，害怕被别人看见。回家后听不进家长的劝说，自以为是，逆反心理相当强，在校还有的女同学开始故意去招惹男同学，或者打人家一下，或者骂人家一句；有的男同学会恶作剧，藏别人的东西，让女孩子出洋相；还有的男同学开始耍酷，耍横，不吃一点亏。有的孩子出口成脏，好惹是生非，以自我为中心，受不得半点委屈，听不得批评，只要谁说一句就会瞪起眼来翻脸，甚至一脸的不服气。

二、班级管理

孩子在学校不仅仅要学会学习，还要学会做人，学会管理。树立正确的是非观、人生观，培养孩子自我管理、自我控制、自我发展的能力。朝着这个目标，我力求在班级工作中做到以下两点：

1、怀着爱心和耐心，尊重学生。

在班级管理上，我是从两方面着手的：即一是严，二是爱，我的严是在课堂纪律上、学习上，在要求学生的品德上严格要求；而在平时的一些生活小事上，我则突出爱字。让学生主动、乐意地亲近老师。我觉得师生应该是平等的，师生之间坦诚相待和师生间和谐融洽的关系是做好班级工作的基础。我希望我的学生都喜欢我。

2、充分信任学生，培养学生的自觉性。

我的第一想法是：让孩子不留遗憾。

作为老师，我希望我的学生，在长大以后，在回忆小学生活的时候，是快乐的，是幸福的，是没有遗憾的，是没有羞愧的。我希望我的学生离开母校的时候，带着三样东西：“高尚的品质，良好的习惯，优异的成绩。”我想在这方面，在座的各位家长和我是一样的。

我的第二个想法是：为孩子进入中学奠定基础。

孩子带着良好的学习习惯，与人为善，宽容的心态，在进入中学后会更快地适应，也会受到老师和同学的欢迎。孩子的学习习惯好，中学再多的课业，他也能应对自如；孩子有好的品质，那么在和中学同学相处时就和谐了，孩子有了好人缘，他的心情就快乐，心情好了，学习的劲头的也就更大了。另外，小学毕业的时候有个毕业考试，中学开学的时候，每个中学开学前都有一个入学的分班考试，如果孩子以一个较好的成绩走出小学，步入初中，我想他一定会充满信心，对以后的学习生活势必也会报着乐观的、向上的态度；有句话说的好：“态度决定一切”。另外也可以给中学的老师同学留下一个好的印象。所以，也可以这么说，小学毕业既是一个学习阶段的结束，也是另一个学习阶段的开始。“好的开始是成功的一半”，所以，我希望孩子们在这仅剩的一个多月里，学习习惯，行为习惯方面，品德方面等都能突飞猛进，各方面有大的飞跃，为孩子的中学生活奠定坚实的基础。

(一)心理方面给孩子正面的引导，告诉他们现在有某些想法实际上也是正常的，不要看得那么神秘或者不好意思对家长说，比如男女生的正常交往，作为女孩子的家长应该告诉孩子要自重，文静；作为男孩子的家长应该告诉孩子要有责任感，做错了事要勇于担当而不是逃避或者为自己找理由找借口去辩解，替自己开脱；还要适当的进行一些法律方面的教育。让孩子从小就知道哪些做法是违法的，一旦违法是要承担责任的，同时也要让孩子知道如何去维护自己的合法权利，(不是相互的打架，你打了我，我就得还回来)还要培养孩子的耐挫力，现在孩子，大多数备受关爱，事事顺心，因而，缺乏一种耐挫力。表现为听得进表扬，却听不进批评，偶尔考试成绩不佳便会经受不起，失去自信心。为此，家长有必要培养孩子的耐挫能力。在家中，有意识地让孩子经受一些小小的挫折，并鼓励他自己克服。培养了孩子不仅赢起得起，更输得起的好品质，为他今后的学习、生活打下良好的心理基础。还要培养孩子的“肚量”现代家庭，孩子在家中唯我第一，生活圈狭小，因而容易出现气量小的毛病，常常表现为心中只有自己而无他人，往往看自己优点，看别人缺点，甚至拿自己的优点比别人缺点。因此，家长必须耐心地培养孩子的“肚量”，培养孩子心胸开阔，豁达乐观的性格，孩子小时就有很好的“肚量”，为他今后的学习生活打下了良好的心理基础，因为鸡肠鼠肚的人往往是自寻烦恼，一点儿事就钻了牛角尖。

(二)学习方面：家长都希望自己的孩子学习好，最主要的就是指导孩子养成良好的学习习惯。俗话说：积千累万，不如养个好习惯。当学生做错一件事情时，我对学生们常说的一句话就是：“做错了这一件事情不要紧，千万不要养成了习惯。”我认为小学阶段，学习还不是第一位的，主要任务是培养他们养成一个良好的习惯：学好数学，良好的学习习惯显得龙为重要，有的学习有时因为读题不仔细而丢几十分。所以，请家长们针对自己孩子的情况，抓好子女在家的行为习惯，促其养成良好的习惯。

学习习惯包括许多方面的内容，家长应着重从以下几个方面进行培养：

1.要教育孩子学会合理安排时间。要珍惜时间、合理利用时间，对孩子来说是比较抽象的。家长若不加指导，孩子自己是很难做到的。由于精力充沛、好奇心和好胜心强，孩子们常常是想到哪就做到哪儿，一边玩一边做作业，许多孩子甚至一边看电视一边做作业，这样肯定难以优质高效地完成作业。家长要从具体的时间安排抓起，几点到几点做什么，都应该给孩子规定一些具体任务，并使这些活动为孩子接受，逐渐成为习惯。

4.做完作业认真检查。为什么很多聪明的孩子却不一定就能取得优异的成绩呢？主要是孩子没有良好的检查习惯。克服上述毛病的基本方法是，让孩子养成认真负责的态度，该学习时就集中精力学习，该玩的时候就痛痛快快地玩。

三、教材分析
