When a sophomore, I joined the Association of AI Enthusiast and began to narrow down my interest for my future research. In 1997, I participated in simulation tool development for the scheduling system in Prof. Wang’s lab. With the tool of OpenGL and Matlab, I designed a simulation program for transportation scheduling system. It is now widely used by different research groups in NUST. In 1998, I assumed and fulfilled a sewage analysis & dispose project for Nanjing sewage treatment plant. This was my first practice to convert a laboratory idea to a commercial product.

In 1999, I joined the distinguished Professor Yu-Geng Xis research group aiming at Network flow problem solving and Heuristic algorithm research. Soon I was engaged in the FuDan Gene Database Design. My duty was to pick up the useful information among different kinds of gene matching format. Through the comparison and analysis for many heuristic algorithms, I introduced an improved evolutionary algorithm -- Multi-population Genetic Algorithm. By dividing a whole population into several sub-populations, this improved algorithm can effectively prevent GA from local convergence and promote various evolutionary orientations. It proved more efficiently than SGA in experiments, too. In the second semester, I joined the workshop-scheduling research in Shanghai Heavy Duty Tyre plant. The scheduling was designed for the rubber-making process that covered not only discrete but also continuous circumstances. To make a balance point between optimization quality and time cost, I proposed a Dynamic Layered Scheduling method based on hybrid Petri Nets. The practical application showed that the

(4)有的应试者描述自己喜欢这样、爱好那样，如：文学、艺术、旅游、摄影等等，由此考官进一步询问其拍摄过什么作品，这位考生的回答却是她喜欢别人给她拍照，还说家里的几本影集都已经满了。

Covering an area of 24 square KM，the Yin Ruins at xiaotun village was the site of an ancient capital city 3000 years ago.

In ancient times，xiaotun was called Yin to which king Pangeng of the shang Dynasty migrated his capital. As a capital for 273 years， it saw 12 kings and 8 generations .The period was called the Yin shang or the Yin Dynasty in history. The city declined after the Yin had been overthrown and the remains of the Shang Dynasty was latter called the Yin Ruins.

In 1961，the Yin Ruins was listed as the first group of culture relics under state-level protection .In order to prevent it from further damage and preserve the culture it represents.Garden of Yin Ruins was built on the site of the Ruins in 1987.

Well，the whole garden is skillfully designed and built on the exact site of the original buildings.All the buildings in the garden are built on rammed terraces with thatched double-eaved roofs. The rafters beams are decorated with fine carvings of dragon， cicade and other animals.

Ok， now we’re in the main entrance to the garden，it’s a specially designed gate built in the way， the word “gate”was finely carved with beautiful designs of dragon，phoenix，tiger，cicada and so on. On the top of the gate is the words”Garden of the Yin Ruins”，written by Mr.Zhougu cheng，a famous historian in China. The garden is divided into several sections.

Ok， now let’s first come to the main hall where the oracle inscriptions are showed. The oracle inscriptions were first discovered here in the 25th year of the Emperor Guangxu of the Qing Dynasty. The 15 important archaeological excavations were carried within 10 years.More than160，000 pieces of shells and bones with inscriptions were found. As the earliest characters， the inscriptions marked a recorded history of nearly 4，000 years in China. They were used as divinations in the Shang Dynasty.when people they were very superstitious.The contents of these inscriptions cover wide fields， ranging from sacrifice wars，states affairs to weather，hunting etc， and provide important information for the study of the Shang society.

Well， apart from the oracle inscriptions ， bronze wares are another part of the culture relics unearthed from the ruins，which shows that the technology of bronze casting

reachedits peak in the Shang Dynasty.The bronze wares include vessels，weapons，chariots and so on. “simuwuding” a bronze object weighing 875kilograms，is 1.33 merters long and 0.78 meter wide .Elegant in appearance and intricately carved in patterns.It’s the best of bronze wares unearthed so far in the world . There are also many other artifacts excaveted in the Yin Ruins including pottery objects， stone and brone objects，jade， shell objects， lacquer ware ， ivory carvings and bamboo articles， all beautiful in shape and well made.

General Introduction

I am a third year master major in automation at Shanghai Jiao Tong University， P. R. China. With tremendous interest in Industrial Engineering， I am writing to apply for acceptance into your Ph.D. graduate program.

Education background

In 1995， I entered the Nanjing University of Science & Technology (NUST) -- widely considered one of the Chinas best engineering schools. During the following undergraduate study， my academic records kept distinguished among the whole department. I was granted First Class Prize every semester， and my overall GPA(89.5/100) ranked No.1 among 113 students. In 1999， I got the privilege to enter the graduate program waived of the admission test. I selected the Shanghai Jiao Tong University to continue my study for its best reputation on Combinatorial Optimization and Network Scheduling where my research interest lies.

At the period of my graduate study， my overall GPA(3.77/4.0) ranked top 5% in the department. In the second semester， I became teacher assistant that is given to talented and matured students only. This year， I won the Acer Scholarship as the one and only candidate in my department， which is the ultimate accolade for distinguished students endowed by my university. Presently， I am preparing my graduation thesis and trying for the honor of Excellent Graduation Thesis.

Research experience and academic activity

When a sophomore， I joined the Association of AI Enthusiast and began to narrow down my interest for my future research. In 1997， I participated in simulation tool development for the scheduling system in Prof. Wangs lab. With the tool of OpenGL and Matlab， I designed a simulation program for transportation scheduling system. It is now widely used by different research groups in NUST. In 1998， I assumed and fulfilled a sewage analysis & dispose project for Nanjing sewage treatment plant. This was my first practice to convert a laboratory idea to a commercial product.

In 1999， I joined the distinguished Professor Yu-Geng Xi's research group aiming at Network flow problem solving and Heuristic algorithm research. Soon I was engaged in the FuDan Gene Database Design. My duty was to pick up the useful information among different kinds of gene matching format. Through the comparison and analysis for many heuristic algorithms， I introduced an improved evolutionary algorithm -- Multi-population Genetic Algorithm. By dividing a whole population into several sub-populations， this improved algorithm can effectively prevent GA from local convergence and promote various evolutionary orientations. It proved more efficiently than SGA in experiments， too. In the second semester， I joined the workshop-scheduling research in Shanghai Heavy Duty Tyre plant. The scheduling was designed for the rubber-making process that covered not only discrete but also continuous circumstances. To make a balance point between optimization quality and time cost， I proposed a Dynamic Layered Scheduling method based on hybrid Petri Nets. The practical application showed that the average makespan was shortened by a large scale. I also publicized two papers in core journals with this idea. Recently， I am doing research in the Composite Predict of the Electrical Power system assisted with the technology of Data Mining for Bao Steel. I try to combine the Decision Tree with Receding Optimization to provide a new solution for the Composite Predictive Problem. This project is now under construction.

Besides， In July 20xx， I got the opportunity to give a lecture in English in Asia Control Conference which is one of the top-level conferences among the world in the area of control and automation. In my senior year， I met Prof. Xiao-Song Lin， a visiting professor of mathematics from University of California-Riverside， I learned graph theory from him for my network research. These experiences all rapidly expanded my knowledge of English and the understanding of western culture.

I hope to study in depth

In retrospect， I find myself standing on a solid basis in both theory and experience， which has prepared me for the Ph.D. program. My future research interests include: Network Scheduling Problem， Heuristic Algorithm research (especially in GA and Neural network)， Supply chain network research， Hybrid system performance analysis with Petri nets and Data Mining.

In 1995 I entered the Nanjing University of Science &Technology (NUST) -- widely considered one of the China’s best engineering schools. During the following undergraduate study my academic records kept distinguished among the whole department. I was granted First Class Prize every semester and my overall GPA(89.5/100) ranked No.1 among 113 students. In 1999 I got the privilege to enter the graduate program waived of the admission test. I selected the Shanghai Jiao Tong University to continue my study for its best reputation on Combinatorial Optimization and Network Scheduling where my research interest lies.

At the period of my graduate study my overall GPA(3.77/4.0) ranked top 5% in the department. In the second semester I became teacher assistant that is given to talented and matured students only. This year I won the Acer Scholarship as the one and only candidate in my department which is the ultimate accolade for distinguished students endowed by my university. Presently I am preparing my graduation thesis and trying for the honor of Excellent Graduation Thesis.

Research experience and academic activity

When a sophomore I joined the Association of AI Enthusiast and began to narrow down my interest for my future research. In 1997 I participated in simulation tool development for the scheduling system in Prof. Wang’s lab. With the tool of OpenGL and Matlab I designed a simulation program for transportation scheduling system. It is now widely used by different research groups in NUST. In 1998 I assumed and fulfilled a sewage analysis &dispose project for Nanjing sewage treatment plant. This was my first practice to convert a laboratory idea to a commercial product.

In 1999 I joined the distinguished Professor Yu-Geng Xis research group aiming at Network flow problem solving and Heuristic algorithm research. Soon I was engaged in the FuDan Gene Database Design. My duty was to pick up the useful information among different kinds of gene matching format. Through the comparison and analysis for many heuristic algorithms I introduced an improved evolutionary algorithm -- Multi-population Genetic Algorithm.

By dividing a whole population into several sub-populations this improved algorithm can effectively prevent GA from local convergence and promote various evolutionary orientations. It proved more efficiently than SGA in experiments too. In the second semester I joined the workshop-scheduling research in Shanghai Heavy Duty Tyre plant. The scheduling was designed for the rubber-ma-ki-ng process that covered not only discrete but also continuous circumstances. To make a balance point between optimization quality and time cost I proposed a Dynamic layered Scheduling method based on hybrid Petri Nets. The practical application showed that the average makespan was shortened by a large scale. I also publicized two pa-pe-rs in core journals with this idea. I try to combine the Decision Tree with Receding Optimization to provide a new solution for the Composite Predictive Problem. This project is now under construction.

Besides In July 20xx I got the opportunity to give a lecture in English in Asia Control Conference (ASCC) which is one of the top-level conferences among the world in the area of control and automation. In my senior year I met Prof. Xiao-Song Lin a visiting professor of mathematics from University of California-Riverside I learned graph theory from him for my network research. 在大一的一年里，我担任应用化学1002班班长一职，虽然没有做出什么惊天动地的伟绩，通过组织的大大小小的活动我已经把“温馨班级”的理念注入应化102班这一集体之中，在和其他几位班委的带领下，我们班越来越温馨，越来越具有凝聚力。作为班长，这个决策人和领导人，我组织了许多活动。班里组织了外出活动，如组织去岳麓山，去韶山旅行，组织全班去石峰野炊烧烤，最近还带领同学参观了城市规划局，此外我还借着学院组织活动的机会组织了许多班级活动，例如，在“人文素质提升月”活动中，我组织和策划了“中外电影模仿”晚会。

二、竞选理由

我竞选队列班助的理由有以下几点:

第一、我认为班助是一个崇高的职务，因为崇高，我所以热爱。

第二、我们的班助从迎新开始到现在对我们做的许多事，他们的行为让我感动，他们的精神值得我们学习，我想通过自己的努力使这种助人为乐的精神得以传承。

第三、对于一年的大学生活，我深知一个道理：大学是拉近距离的地方。更是拉开距离的地方。所以，大学很有可能就是你人生的一个缩影，在大学碌碌无为，不思进取，被生活腐化，到了社会上就很难再有成就。所以对于我们来说，在大学充实的生活就显得格外重要。对于刚刚走过高考的新生来说他们面前有两个选择：

一，就是享受大学，

二，就是为未来打拼。相信每个新生进大学的憧憬都是为未来打拼，但是不少学生因为网络游戏，渐渐使自己堕落。作为一位学长，我真心希望给新生一个正确的引导，使他们充实的过好每一天，不会在不久的将来因为自己曾经的堕落而后悔。

第四、我觉得作为包材学院的一份子，我有义务，有责任为我们学院的出力，劝导学弟学妹确定正确的价值观。引导他们好好的，充实的在大学生活。同时，我也真心地想把自己大学一年所学到的东西传授给他们，给他们一个正确的指引。

第五、虽然在过去的一年里，我通过班长这一职务已经学到了许多，也提高了许多，但是一个人发展的空间是无限广阔的，我需要另一个舞台来提高自己。关于“班助是一个很辛苦的角色”，这一点我是不否认的，但我是一个知难而进的人，我认为只有困难才能真正锻炼出一个人的韧性，从而让自己变得更成熟，更稳重。

三、竞选优势：

第一、我的责任心很强，能够很好的贯彻各项要求。乐于助人，积极向上，我们班的同学都觉得我是老好人，对于这一点，了解我的人是深信不疑的。

四、班助的工作规划

如果我有幸当选队列班助的话，我会严格的做好以下几点：

第一、在迎新期间，我会每天准时到有迎新点迎接新生，为他们办理入学手续，帮助搬行李和整理寝室，24小时开机，随时做好迎新准备。

第二、军训期间，我会以陪着新生一起吃苦为宗旨，尽量抽出更多的时间到军训厂上，及时给他们提供水，此外我还会学习一些防暑知识为他们做好力所能及的事，给予他们无私的关怀。

第三、军训结束后，配合其他班助组织新生选拔出优秀的班委并做好班级日常工作的交接。

5分钟面试自我介绍

一、时光把控。首先把握住时光。面试时自我介绍一般在3～5分钟结束，最多不超过10分钟。另外，时光分配上也要把握好。假若5分钟做自我介绍，1分钟要做完自然状况介绍，包括教育经历;最近三到五年工作介绍要占到3分钟;其余的经历用1分钟。如果最近两年没做什么事，能够把自认为自我最有价值的一段经历介绍两分钟。

为什么面试官要求职者做自我介绍?面试官透过自我介绍想考察被面试者什么?只有了解面试官的目的，被面试者才能做好自我介绍。

面试官透过被面试者自我介绍要考察以下五方面资料：

第一，考察自我介绍资料和递交简历资料是否相冲突?如果简历是真实的，口述自我介绍就不会有明显出入。如果简历有假，自我介绍阶段一般就会漏马脚。如被面试者反问：“我的经历在简历里都写了”，面试官会认为这人个色，印象分一下子降为负数。

第二，考察被面试者基本的逻辑思维潜力、语言表达潜力，总结提炼概括潜力。

第三，考察被面试者是否聚焦，是否简练和精干，现场的感知潜力与把控潜力。

4。忌讳介绍背景而不介绍自我。把自我企业介绍了很多，对自我的介绍很少。甚至有的已经是国内知名品牌和国际知名品牌企业，还把企业的发展历程兴致勃勃地介绍了10分钟。这样面试官会认为你智商有问题，或不明白自我干什么来的。

5。忌讳把岗位职责当个人业绩来呈现。比如是市场部总监，结果你把整个市场部的职责逐条介绍了一遍，占了很多时光。你就应介绍自我在担任市场部总监这段时光内，自我所做出的个人努力，采取的工作方法，动用了什么资源，最终取得的实实在在的业绩。出现这种状况，往往是面试经验不丰富造成的，透过专业的猎头顾问，会帮忙你避免这种低级错误。

我知道人生的长度，默默走过的1/3旅程，悄悄流逝的27个春秋，我不停地在寻找自己地位置，在浪漫的舞台上，在神圣的讲台上，在庄严的法庭上，曾经我以为我找到了，但终究是一场幻影，终究把自己碰了个灰头土脸，唯有那些苦涩的记忆在岁月的深谷中闪着无悔地光芒，当我把失落与无奈一起随酒喝下肚中时，才明白美丽的理想与现实之间在等待的煎熬过后，仍是各在水一方，不可触及。但我依然无愧于那些年华，无悔于那些尝试，正是那些经历给了我一剪心情，一种人生，让我拥有了执着，忍耐，谦虚，敏锐，这是我一生的财富啊!在烟草工作的五年时间里，我历经了专卖，配送，批发部主任，专卖办内勤，案审员等岗位，足迹遍布××20多个乡镇、800多个村公所，在任批发部主任期间，我的辖区成功试行了“卷烟信贷销售”业务，为后来电子结算业务的推广和普及奠定了一定的群众基础;在任案审员期间，我更是把大学期间所学习的法律知识发挥得淋漓尽致，我经办的300多起案件，没有出现一起败诉，特别是在20xx年上半年的全区案件评比中，获得了第三名的-成绩;平时，我还通过专卖培训，编辑《专卖简讯》等形式，用自己的知识去影响身边的专卖员，提高他们依法行政的观念;专卖办的工作极具挑战性，不仅需要对内务知识非常熟悉，而且对外也要能独挡一面，我亲身经历查处的案值达5万元以上的大案要案有100余起，累计案值达400多万，积累了大量丰富的案件查处技能，特别是去年年底的时候，我和稽查支队的三名同志一起，在南间路段成功查处了两辆运输走私卷烟的车辆，查获卷烟8000条，案值达25万。五年里，我经历过成功的喜悦，也品尝过失败的苦果，但是我始终坚持自己的信念，坚持学习，不断争取更大的进步，因为我热爱烟草，在这里我找到了自己的位置。

辨证唯物论认为，推动事物变化发展的动力分为内因和外因两方面，内因起根本作用，外因起辅助作用，正是内外因的有效结合和科学运用不断地把人类社会推向前进，下面我把这几年所积累的一些经验和工作中形成的认识以及对下一步工作的设想从内因和外因两方面向大家作如下汇报：

一、从调整内因方面入手，着重抓-以下几项工作：

1、以科学发展观为指导，树立大局观念和发展意识，坚持平稳发展。我们想问题，办事情，要从大局出发，把个人置身于行业发展的大环境中，做到个人服从整体，局部服从大局，眼前服从长远，我们要紧紧抓住行业内外良-的发展环境，以提高企业核心竞争力和总体实力为目标，做到质量、效益、速度三者的协调统一，紧紧围绕增强企业赢利能力和提高核心竞争力这一发展主线，实现共同发展和企业的可持续发展。

2、正确认识和处理企业与员工的关系。培养全体员工的主人翁意识，树立“企盛我荣，企衰我辱”的工作荣誉观，真正把企业的兴衰成败与员工个人的前途命运紧密结合在一起。要想达到这两方面完美的结合，归根结底就是要建立科学的付出与回报制度，即工作考核与工资待遇的科学挂钩机制。

3、正确处理制度管理与人性管理的关系。没有规矩，无以成方圆，科学的管理制度无疑是企业正常运转的重要保障，然而，再-的制度也有其本身不可克服的固有弊端。事物是不断发展变化的，而制度具有相对的稳定性，往往容易忽略客观存在的变化，从而打击人的主观能动性;另一方面，单纯的人性管理虽然照顾了人的主观性，却往往忽视了客观存在，其结果可能是更加严重的挫伤员工的积极性。所以，要达到科学有效的管理，就要坚持原则性于灵活性的统一，在构建科学严谨制度的同时合理地引入弹性制度。

4、协调企业内部关系，切实加强专销结合，提高工作效率。企业内部各部门虽然分工不同，各司其职，但各部门工作环节却是环环相扣，密不可分，任何一个环节出现不和谐，都会影响企业整体的运作，在这点上专卖与销售的结合显得尤为重要，企业最终必然以追求效益为目标，而烟草效益的实现专卖是基础，销售是关键，一方面我们要注重服务，但服务的前提是管理，即坚持专卖制度;另一方面我们要坚持专卖制度，同时又要使专卖制度下的烟草充满生机与活力，即提高服务的质量和效果。

5，处理-重大事情与紧急事件的关系，最高效的管理时间，力争每一时间都在做最有生产力的事情。“事分轻重缓急”，那么，紧急的事情与重要的事情之间，到底应该先做哪件事情呢?当然第一个要做的一定是既紧急又重要的事情。当一个人或企业天天都在处理这些问题的时候，就表示其时间管理并不是那么的理想，我们必须学会如何把重要的事情变得紧急，这时就是在做高生产力的事情了。对我们来说，制度的确立可谓是高生产力的事情，当我们用科学、完善的制度来管理各项企业事务时，许多紧急、烦琐、棘手的事情也就可以按照制度来解决，这样，企业就避免在层层请示和级级审批中浪费宝贵的生产力了。当然，制度的制订与完善需要较长时间，即便是神圣庄严的法律，自制定以来也是经过了数次的修订的，一次制定就达到最-最完善也是不可能，如果客观形势确实发生变化与制度的规定相冲突时，则要与时俱进，及时作出相应的解释或者修改，从而使制度能够继续指导实际工作。

6、与时俱进，勇于创新。事物总是在变化中不断发展的，世上没有一成不变的事物。俗话说：“只有做不到，没有想不到”，有句广告词说得很-：“心有多大，舞台就有多大”!说的就是理想与创造。人类从食不裹腹、衣不蔽体的原始社会进化到各种物质极大丰富的文明社会，难道不是理想与创造所成就的吗?裹足不前、墨守成规的结局只能是没落，落后必然遭到淘汰。在座的每个人一定对烟草的未来都有一个美丽的梦想，有的梦想中国烟草是世界上最强大的，有的梦想××烟草是中国最富有的，有的梦想着上班开小车，有的梦想着回家住洋房……多么美-啊!还等什么?来吧，拿出我们的智慧、拿出我们的勇气、拿出我们的行动，看吧，这一天不远啦!

二、世界是联系的，烟草也不能独自置身世外，构建和谐社会，烟草当然义不容辞。从调整外因方面入手，着重应抓-以下问题：

1、高度重视舆论的导向作用，注重利用宣传的效应。在这个资讯快速发展的年代，“酒香不怕巷子深”这句话已经不适用了，我们要做黄婆，自卖还要自夸，通过各种途径增强企业的美誉度，增强产品的知名度。近两年，我们通过干部下乡扶贫，捐款抗洪救灾，员工义务献血等形式，使烟草在广大群众中有了良-的口碑，极大地提升了烟草的社会形象，取得了很-的效果。

2、烟草部门不但要接受上级主管部门的领导，也要接受当地人民政府的领导。因此，我们要加强与政府、政府各职能部门以及其他执法部门的联系与合作，争取得到他们的最大关心和支持，为我们创造和谐安定的外部环境，只有这样，只有给我们出难题的人少了，为我们办实事的人多了;拆我们台的人少了，为我们撑腰的人多了;说我们坏话的人少了，鼓励、支持我们的人多了，我们才能聚精会神搞生产，一心一意谋发展。

3、下大力气解决-当前几个突出矛盾。世界是矛盾的，“矛盾无处没有，矛盾无处不在”，我们当前所面临的主要矛盾就是：a、涉烟违法分子手段越来越狡猾，自我维权意识越来越高与执法人员办案能力不强，法律意识不高之间的矛盾。要解决这一矛盾，关键还是执法队伍的建设，在有效机制的激励下，只有通过严格的培训和筛选，才能锻造出一支责任心强，战斗力强，适应当前的执法环境的专卖队伍。b、无证经营户的存在与广大持证经营户之间的矛盾。二者矛盾的根本点就是非法利益与合法利益之间的冲突，而由于受法律权限的限制，单纯靠烟草的力量是远远不够的，必须要争取得到工商部门在其权限范围内对我们工作的最大支持，可以毫不夸张地说，谁攻克了工商，谁就在治理无证户问题上迈出了一大步，在这一点上，南宁市的经验值得我们借鉴。c、经营户赢利水平低，参与管理的积极性不高与推进诚信等级管理之间的矛盾。诚信等级管理最关键的就是“诚信”二字，我们首先要诚信，才能要求经营户诚信。这就要求我们从等级的评定到各种不同等级待遇的实现都要进行严格的把关，只有切实按照规定兑现各种不同待遇，才能真正体现出级别的差异，才能增加经营户对我们的依赖和信心，才能使诚信等级管理工作真正管出效果、管出效益。

4、处理-零售户合理布局与保持社会稳定的关系。推进合理布局工作，必然要触及到一些人、一些方面的利益，必然要和保持社会稳定的大局这一问题一起考虑。首先，要端正思想态度，推进合理布局是法律赋予我们的权力，同时是烟草管理发展的必然趋势，更是社会经济发展的必然要求，是顺应时势的;其次，推进合理布局工作的根本目的是实现烟草市场资源的优化和有效配置，最大限度地提高卷烟经营户的赢利水平，是合乎民意的;再次，在推进合理布局工作中要保持清醒的头脑，防止别有用心的人利用机会散布谣言、制造混乱，进行意图破坏社会稳定的事情。而要做到这一点，最有效的手段就是一方面与政府有关部门协调，作-被裁减经营户的思想转变工作和再创业工作，同时与推进诚信等级管理工作结合起来，切实在管理上上手段，在管理上尽快出效果，让广大经营户尽快得到实惠，从而实现提高经营户赢利水平，促进烟草行业健康有序发展的初衷。

以上是我对当前烟草工作的一些不成熟的认识和今后工作的一些想法，请大家批评指正。

尊敬的各位领导，各位同仁：

虽然早已和大家熟识了，但在这个特别的日子里，我还是要简单作个自我介绍，我叫，今年35岁，中共党员，现任公司专卖科稽查队队长。我于一九九四年由部队复员到公司工作，一直战斗在烟草专卖战线上，十多年来，在公司各级领导的关心培养和同志们支持帮助下，我从一个烟草工作的门外汉，成长为一名熟悉烟草专卖业务的烟草人;九九年担任专卖科稽查队队长以来，多次被公司评为先进工作者、20xx年被评为省十佳稽查队长。借此机会，我衷心的感谢公司领导多年来对我的信任与培养，衷心的感谢各位战友、同仁的支持与帮助!

今天，登上这竞聘的讲台，我心中感慨万分，十二年来烟草专卖工作，虽然更多的是品尝不法经烟户叼难和恐吓，忍受对家人的深深愧欠，但每当与同事分享胜利的喜悦时，我心中总会千百次的告诉自己，我深爱专卖事业，我无怨无悔!所以今天在这儿，我仍然要选择竞聘专卖科领导这个职位。

烟草稽查工作是维护国家利益和消费者利益的前沿阵地，我决定竞争专卖科领导岗位一职，除了我对这份工作的热爱，更重要的是因为我对此岗位具备较强的竞争的优势。

一是专卖工作与本行业其它工作相比更具有挑战和风险，我基于军旅生活的磨炼，面对挑战和风险，能够沉着应对，临阵不乱。

二是我在专卖部门工作十几年，担任稽查队长七年，熟悉烟草专卖法等法律法规和执法程序，能做到依法行政，秉公执法;积累了丰富的实践经验，能积极稳妥的处理执法过程中产生的各类复杂问题。

(一)坚持一个原则

坚持“执法为民，服务发展”这一原则，以践行两个维护为已任，认真覆行烟草专卖法赋予的神圣职责。

(二)实现“两个转变”

一是实现角色的转变，把“参与政务”、“管理事务”、“搞好服务”三大职能统筹兼顾，积极支持科室领导和其它同事的工作，思想上同心，目标上同向，行动上同步，扭住一条绳，发挥整体优势，创造良好工作氛围。

二是实现思维方式的转变，要立足于长远发展，把握大全局，做到工作有计划，推进有措施，落实有保障，保证各项工作有条不紊开展。

(三)抓好“四项工作”

一是开展专卖一二四战略，通过以身示范，带领队员加强自身修养，提高业务水平，努力打造一支思想好、作风硬、业务精的执法队伍。

二是强化“经营案件”意识，树立端窝点、破网络、打主犯的办案理念。

三是强化零售市场的监管力度，着力构建专卖专营的长效管理机制。

四强化行业内部专卖管理监督，注重行业自律，确保规范经营。
